DIOMDS contract to support modernization efforts within SEC
McLean, VA – Ascella Technologies, premier provider of information technology and consulting services, announced today they are part of a team that has been awarded a five year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Division Information Office Application Modernization and Development Support (DIOMDS) contract with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Ascella is a member of the Dovel Technologies team.
The DIOMDS contract will support the SEC Office of Information Technology Division Information Office to acquire modernization and development services. It includes five comprehensive development and support functional areas:
- Software upgrades and enhancements
- Application reengineering and modernization
- New application development
- Configuration deployment and testing
- System specifications and knowledge transfer

Ascella looks forward to working with Dovel on the DIOMDS contract. The base period is five years, with one five year option period.
