McLean, VA – Beginning in October of 2016, Ascella Technologies has been providing Agile coaching support for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) in their continued efforts to scale Agile across a highly visible program. Ascella’s industry-certified Agile Coaches will continue to leverage the Scaled Agile framework (SAFe) that the GSA has been using for a number of years and will also provide guidance and coaching on how to enable additional Agile maturation across the Portfolio, Program and Team layers of the SAFe construct.

These coaching services address the impact of Agile practices on the culture of the agency, taking into consideration the inherent challenges of transitioning from a traditional project management approach to that of a scaled Agile mindset.
