Ascella is a holder of a SEC OneIT IDIQ contract under the Small Business Pool. The contract ceiling value is $2.5 Billion.

Period of Performance: 10/22/2018 to 10/21/2028

The primary purpose of this multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is to provide the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Office of Information Technology (OIT), with a streamlined, common, and flexible contracting vehicle to procure a comprehensive suite of IT services and IT solutions that will enable the SEC’s Divisions and Offices to meet the SEC’s strategic mission and objectives. The OneIT IDIQ Contract allows for the application of technology to meet business needs including the ability to perform all current, leading edge and/or emerging IT services required to satisfy all IT services requirements anytime.

Orders under this IDIQ contract will be awarded on a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Time-and-Material and/or Labor-Hours basis.
